Not all Medicaid providers in the list are accepting new patients. Please ask the provider if new Medicaid patients are
being accepted before you schedule a visit. Remember – If you are a CommunityCARE enrollee, you may need a referral from
your CommunityCARE doctor for specialty care services. Also, only certain services are covered by the Medicaid program.
